You can now add current and past leases to your properties and track their collected rents and tenant history over time:

RentCast will automatically calculate and show potential rent increases for each of your properties, as well as your entire rental portfolio:

Set up Rent Alerts Based on Current Rents

Rent alert targets can now be set a certain amount or percentage above the current rent, allowing you more flexibility when configuring them:
